SATC:TM The Review ...Why I loved it!!!

Sex and The City has played a deep and strong element in my life. The soul, beauty, intelligence, and undeniably powerfull and overpowering love and comraderie that the women in this series share is one that I always envied and one that I have oh so have tried to achieve with my dear friends (aka the "Boobies"). Everything in the series has been echoed in my life: From love hardships, to fights, to living for the moment and living it with your friends...oh and of course the shoes!
The Movie was elegant. A well made film that truly caputred the initial essence (that same thrill we girls have always felt as soon as we heard the them song)of the series. The fashion was phenomenal. The characters feelings had not changed, nor did their indeniable sense of style and how to flaunt it no matter the situation. Alas, something did change...their age! These women matured beautifully. In the sense that they still valued the most dearing element any person could have. Their friends. They still had their lives as sucessful mothers, PR and *Ahem* Professional writer and yet they knew that they could never part form one another. That to me is the most important thing in the world, well that and forgiveness.
"To err is human: To forgive is divine"- Alexander Pope. Ladies Mr. P said it a long time ago. The theme of the movie circles around forgiveness. The fact that Carrie's character chnaged drastically ( and Almost unexpectedly) let's us know (maybe for the first time, this and that Bastard Petrovsky's slap) that Carrie is human. She had every right to react the way she did and consequently end the way she did. It's Carrie, a whole new mature beautiful Carrie that embodies the new woman and yet the hopeless romantic we all fell in love with.
Seriously, *sniff sniff* aside the film was great and I'd go see it as much as I can.Thank for all the great times. It was trully a fascinating almost 10 years of Sex and The City.
